Our Life Members are the heart of our history and the soul of our future. Here, we celebrate their unwavering dedication, fierce spirit, and lifelong commitment to the game and our club.

Sherrill Matterson (Life Member from 1978)
Sherrill is the founder of our club. Sherrill has had over 50 years service to Belfast Netball Club and is still going! Sherrill has been a member of our committee as well as being the Secretary. She has played, coached, and was an intergral part of our Golden Oldies Team.
Irene Nixey (Life Member from pre 1980)
Irene has 40 years of service to the Belfast Netball Club. She has been the Secretary, a committee member and a player in her time at Belfast Netball Club.
Pam Foster (Life Member from 1982)
Pam had 25 years of service to the Belfast Netball Club. Pam was the President of Belfast Netball for many years, She was also Club Captain, part of the general committee, a player, coach and part of the Golden Oldies Team. Pam was also a keen support of her daughter who played for Belfast Netball Club also.
Marie Eustace (Life Member)
Marie has 25 years service to the Belfast Netball Club. Marie was a player, coach, junior & senior committee and part of the Golden Oldies Team.
Sharon Ashby (Life Member from 1972)
Sharon has 25 years service to Belfast Netball Club. Sharon was a player, President, Club Captain and part of the general committee. Sharon was also part of the Golden Oldies Team.
Sandra Richards (dec.) (Life Member)
Silver Fern #49 making her debut in November 1970. Sandra had been involved with the Belfast Netball Club for 40+ years. Sandra was a player, coach and was the Treasurer of the club for 26 years!! Sandra was also a keen supporter while her three daughters also played for Belfast. Sandra was also part of the Golden Oldies Team.
