BELFAST NETBALL CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It's that time of year again - AGM planning is underway!
Our Annual General Meeting is your chance to have a say in the future of our club and help shape the year ahead.

Our committee positions & general committee positions are open for the 2026 season. If you know someone who would be a great fit and they consent to you nominating them, then click on the google form to the right and complete the nomination.

We also have to adopt a new club constitution (a copy of this can be requested from the Secretary, or you can view this on the Draft Constitution tab on our website).

Time: 4pm

Where: Billie's Bar, Belfast Rugby Football Club.

NOMINATIONS

• Nominations must be submitted using the google form found on this page.
• Each nomination requires both a nominator and a seconder (nominator & seconder needs to be a current club member).
• Please ensure nominations are received by Sunday 9th November 2025.
• If there are multiple nominations for a position, voting will take place at the AGM.
