At Belfast Netball Club, the health and safety of our players is a top priority. All incidents or accidents, whether occurring on-site, during a game, or at any club event, must be reported to the Health & Safety Officer using the Incident/Accident Reporting Form below.

Minor Injuries

Includes injuries related to the use of equipment at Sheldon Park or Shenley Reserve, and broken bones not requiring immediate hospitalisation.

Serious Injuries

Includes injuries that:

• Require immediate transport to an emergency department, hospital, or after hours medical centre.
• Result in hospital admission follow a game or even.
• Are expected to prevent the player from participating for eigh weeks or longer. 
• Involve any concussion
